3D接触角应用于测试圈烟接触角值及其应用实例

但是,正如上所示,98%的样品因其材料的本身客观存在的化学多样性、表面粗糙度以及异构性导致,接触角值在3D状态下为非轴对称的。因而,量角器法的仪器事实上无法用于准确的测量左、右角度值并将其应用于实际的应用。因而,Young-Laplace方程拟合法无法用于绝大多数的接触角值样品的测试条件,换言之,其测值精度事实上是存在问题的。

接触角测量仪测试算法:阿莎ADSA-RealDrop

根据YC/T 424-2011《烟用纸表面润湿性能的测量 接触角法》Determination of surface wettability of paper for cigarette contact angle meter。 接触角测值结果可用于评估卷烟纸的润湿性。其中,按传统的接触角测量测量仪,提供了四种主要的测试方法,包括:椭圆法、切线法、宽高法、圆形拟合法和杨氏方程拟合法(Young-Laplace方程拟合法)。而在具体的测试应用中,由于材料本身的化学多样性、表面粗糙度以及异构性(表面形貌结构)导致的接触角滞后,将影响到测值结果以及评估。因而,如上的所有的方法在具体的应用中存在一定的缺陷。

对于四种不同卷烟纸,我们进行了测量,测量的结果如下所示:
